China’s major ferrosilicon producers have raised the price of ferrosilicon 75# to RMB5600-5800 / ton (US$810-839 / ton) on Friday which compared with the beginning of this week, the transaction price rose RMB500 / ton (US$72.4 / ton). Ferrosilicon producers are expected to conclude some deals according to the new price next week, as tight supply of ferrosilicon will continue.
